All meat is raised on our preserve naturally, USDA inspected, and vacuumed packed. No antibiotics, steroids, or hormones are ever in our Bison’s diet. All grass, all the time, always.
All proceeds go directly to support the preserve. Bison meat has less fat and cholesterol than skinless chicken, beef, or fish. It is the ultimate healthy meat!
