A shipping charge is added to all orders. Orders are custom packed and shipped frozen. We will contact you to discuss shipping options and shipping dates. All orders must be placed on credit card. All meat is raised on our preserve naturally, USDA inspected, and vacuumed packed. No antibiotics, steroids, or hormones are ever in our Bison’s diet. All grass, all the time, always.
All proceeds go directly to support the preserve. Bison meat has less fat and cholesterol than skinless chicken, beef, or fish. It is the ultimate healthy meat!
Custom Meat Orders are available once a year. Please contact us for details. Newsletters go out in September and reservations have to be in by October 31, 2008. Cost is $4.75 per pound and includes the meat, custom cutting, double wrapping in paper, and flash freezing. We have a limited supply so call us today!
